Stiff Little Fingers – Long Way To Paradise

STIFF LITTLE FINGERS exploded out of Belfast in the late 70s with their brilliant mixture of top quality tunes, politically charged lyrics, and bundles of punk attitude. Named after a Vibrators song, they had the dubious distinction of being referred to as “The Irish Clash.” LONG WAY TO PARADISE contains songs from a special one-off fan night concert staged in London and other rare tracks. The London gig contains songs the hit singles “At The Edge” and “Tin Soldiers” while the other tracks include unplugged versions of SLF classic demos and a version of “Alternative Ulster” recorded at their 1993 St. Patrick’s Day gig at Glasgow Barrowlands with a guest appearance form THE ALMIGHTY frontman Rickey Warwick.
